Key specializes in job placements in many different industries and at all levels. Whether you are just out of school or are an experienced professional, we can assist you. Examples of some industries we specialize in are: Executive, Accounting/Finance, Sales, Marketing, Office/Professional, Human Resources, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Light Industrial.
Do you only place temporary jobs?
No, we also place direct hire (permanent) positions. Another option we offer is temporary to direct hire positions. This option allows you to have a temporary "trial" period before you are hired directly by a company.
Am I guaranteed a job if I register with Key Partners?
No, registering with us does not guarantee employment. Key strives to work with you and our clients to ensure proper career matches. We want to see you succeed, not just place you in any job. We are an essential career resource for you, but encourage you to be proactive in your career search.

No, there is no cost to you if Key Partners places you in a position.
Do I get any vacation pay?
As a Key Partners employee, you will receive two vacation days for every 750 hours that you work.

What do I do if I do not like an assignment?
Please let Key Partners know immediately if you are unhappy or have any issues with your job assignment. We are here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.
If I accept a contract assignment, will you still look for permanent work for me?
If your goal is to obtain a permanent job, Key Partners will always consider you and your skill set for any direct hire positions that are currently open.
Do I get paid every week?
As a Key Partners employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis. We offer direct deposit as well as live check options.
What can I expect when I come to Key Partners for my meeting?
When you meet with Key Partners for the first time, please expect to spend 1-1.5 hours here at our office. You may be interviewing with one of our Career Placement Specialists, completing skills assessments, and filling out payroll information. If you are completing payroll information, we always ask that you have two forms of identification with you and contact information for your references.
