Responsibilities include:
-Provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing departments.
-Trouble shoot and improve the manufacturing process.
-Identify and eliminate root causes for high scrap rates.
-Create and update BOM's and Routers.

Requirements:
-Must have degree in Engineering, manufacturing technology or related technical field.
-The ability to develop and communicate process specifications and improvements throughout all area of manufacturing.
-Familiarity with rubber and/or diaphragms and/or Lip Seals very helpful.
-Must be proficient in 2/3 D Cad Software, AutoCAD preferred.
-Statistical and lean manufacturing knowledge and skills desired.
-Understanding of design review requirements would be beneficial.
-Knowledge of ISO/QS/AS Quality Systems is highly desirable.
