This position requires an individual who has a background as a shift supervisor/foreman and someone who has a working knowledge of electrical-mechanical assembly or large power supplies, wiring control cabinets, logical controllers, DC transformers, etc.

Qualifications:
-Prior experience of 5-10 years is required in a hands-on entrepreneurial environment supervising multiple projects and management of a flexible workforce.
-Other requirements consist of passing a pre-employment drug screen and the ability to lift 35 lbs.
-Must have a high school diploma or GED.
