- Screen and review experienced and qualified professionals
- Test candidates for specific occupational/computer literacy competencies. Over 800 assessments available
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential candidates
- Send you three resumes of talented, qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews between clients and potential candidates
- Follow-up with both parties on perceptions of the opportunity
- Perform detailed reference checks on final candidates. Background checks are also available upon request.
- Assist with salary negotiations and help secure an agreement
- Extend job offer to candidate and finalize details for employment
Train.
Once we find you the right person, we:
- Train your new employee for proficiency on the job
- Grow your employee through professional development training
- Consult with you in order to be proactive for any business needs
- Collaborate on organizational change and its impact
- Act as a resource for all your company needs including assessment, hiring, managing, training, coaching, management development and career transition.
