R&D Manager
Key Partners is assisting our Newburyport, MA client in their search for an R&D Manager. The incumbent will develop new and improved products. The R&D Manager interfaces with other functions within the division/organization to achieve results. The R&D Manager's primary function is to have a thorough understanding of chemistry with a background in UV curing technology desired. Must be willing to work flexible hours to provide support to key projects and 10-20% travel is required to other business unit locations and customer sites. Bachelor degrees in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred with proficient laboratory skills. Minimum of 5 years' experience required.
