Raised by an opera diva and a Navy captain in a very large family, Chip learned early on how to get ahead and stay ahead. He had 3 successful businesses before he reached age 30, and that's no small feat! His entrepreneurial spirit and forward-thinking attitude inspired him to develop Key Partners more than 20 years ago, and it's still going strong today with an unrivaled network of resources available. Chip leads by example, and his ethics, integrity and passion for life are a big part of what makes him an outstanding team builder.

Debra Tuttle

World traveler. First-rate education. Strong business sense. Top-notch lecturer. Raised in a military family, Deb had the opportunity to live in five states and two countries before the age of 12! Seeing so much of the world at such a young age gave Deb a worldly perspective and broad skill set that she brings to Key Partners as the Business Manager. She hasl ed organizations in both public and private sectors. Deb networks extensively and strives to make a difference in people's lives through collaborating and coaching. She is passionate about helping people attain their goals and improve their lives. In her free time, Deb loves exploring Frank Lloyd Wright homes, the beach and traveling with her husband.

Eileen Doyon

Whether it's riding her motorcycle along the coast, tasting fine wines or perfecting her perennial garden, Eileen is always challenging herself and trying new things. This natural desire to grow and learn makes her a great Career Placement Specialist. Over the past ten years, Eileen has helped countless job seekers improve their career paths. Her record of outstanding customer satisfaction makes her a valuable addition to Key Partners.

Shaun Davies

As a native New Yorker of both upstate and Manhattan, Shaun enjoys the thrill of big cities and the quaintness of small towns, such as those here on the Seacoast. The ocean, endless outdoor activities, restaurants and unique shops are all conduits to enjoying life and photographing those special moments with her family! Shaun brings a great positive energy and a winning attitude to Key Partners as a Career Placement Specialist where she works to place candidates in jobs perfectly suited to their interests and skills.

Kathy Morris

Kathy is an avid believer in personal and professional growth. At home she enjoys gardening and spending time in the beauty of nature, from her own backyard garden to the wide expanse of the coastline. She loves to learn about new people, cultures, landscapes and traditions. Whenever she has the opportunity Kathy travels around the world, and this allows her to bring a broad perspective and wide scope of knowledge to her work. She is an excellent networker which makes her perfectly suited to her Business Development role at Key Partners.

Megan Belousofsky

Megan balances both her creative and analytical sides while managing marketing for the company. She enjoys relaxing on the beach, cooking up new recipes, and spending time with family and friends. Megan always strives for personal growth and loves to learn and challenge herself. She is a major contributor to the orientation of new Key staff through knowledge transfer and adds her creative talent to all of our marketing events.

She enjoys photography, wine tasting, and travel. Jennifer is the first smiling face you will encounter at Key Partners. She will happily assist you in the beginning stages of your 'Key' experience; whether it be computer training, professional development, or career development.
