Yolanda DeDominicis
President, Key Partners, Inc.
Yola has been in the staffing industry for over a decade. Prior to entering the staffing industry, Yola had been Senior Operations Manager for Nichols Institute, an international medical laboratory (now Quest Diagnostics). In this role, Yola was responsible for recruiting and staffing administrative, laboratory and medical professionals, along with financial responsibility for 16 laboratory sites.
Yola is currently the President of the Seacoast Human Resource Association. She joined SHRA in 2004 and was voted Vice-President Elect in 2009, and became President in January 2011. She possesses a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University, where she also received her Bachelors.
Born in Italy; her father a sculptor; her mother a wedding dress designer, Yola travelled the world. The family, which includes two brothers and a sister, also lived in Caracas, Venezuela before settling in Boston, Massachusetts. Yola and her husband, Andy Del Pozo, live in Newton, N.H.

Eileen Doyon
Senior Certified Placement Specialist
Eileen Doyon, who has been with Key Partners for 16 years, began her career in the retail industry. Eileen’s 12 years with the retail company involved the preparation of retail sites, recruiting, hiring and training of all new staff.
Eileen joined Key Partners in 1994, where she has become our Senior Career Placement Specialist. Over the past 16 years, Eileen has helped clients with excellent service in filling their open positions. At the same time she has helped countless job seekers improve their career paths. Her record of outstanding client/candidate satisfaction makes her a valuable member of our team, evident in our clients’ and candidates’ loyalty to Eileen.
Whether it’s riding her motorcycle along the coast, tasting fine wines or perfecting her perennial garden, Eileen is always challenging herself and trying new things. Her natural ability to understand our client/candidate needs makes her a great Career Placement Specialist.
Shaun Davies
Marketing Coordinator/Career Placement Specialist
From New York to New England, Shaun brings over 10 years of Advertising, Marketing and Staffing experience to her returning role at Key Partners, Inc. in August, 2011.
After studying Communications and Theatre at SUNY Brockport, Shaun began her career at NBC Universal in Manhattan and in the recent past moved to the beautiful Seacoast of NH to start a family. Whether it's generating buzz, keeping you informed of industry events and trends or helping achieve success with Staffing, Training and Career goals, Shaun leverages her strong background to deliver... with a smile! With awards from NBC Universal, Promax & BDA and affilations with Women in Radio and Television, GE Everyone Wins Child Mentoring Program and the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce, Shaun is looking forward to promoting the business and aligning Key Partners with charitable organizations and community involvement. She resides in Portsmouth, NH and her interests include photography, fitness, culinary arts, theatre, film, music and networking.
Elizabeth Brockelbank
Elizabeth brings with her over a decade worth of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Seacoast’s real estate industry. Earlier in her career, Elizabeth gained in depth knowledge of business operations within the Manufacturing and Finance industries through her role as Sr. Internal Auditor at the Timberland Company, as well as her various operational management roles within the Finance Industry.
In her new role, Elizabeth will be providing strategic planning and developing of the company’s candidate placement and computer training business throughout the seacoast and across the boarders into Massachusetts and Maine.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Merrimack College and holds a NH Real Estate Broker’s license.
Elizabeth is a New England native having grown up in the Boston area and moving to New Hampshire in 1995. She settled in the Seacoast with her family with whom she enjoys spending her free time at the beach, enjoying the Great Bay, skiing in the mountains or hanging out around her hometown of Stratham. With a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Merrimack College, an enjoyment of working with clients, and a dedication to play an active role in her community, Elizabeth brings professionalism, passion, and dedication to her work.
Lesley Steventon
Computer Trainer
An educator by profession, Lesley started out her career as a senior high school teacher in her native home of Montreal. After moving to the US with her husband, her career path took her from volunteer work for an international non-profit, to work with a renowned interior design and architectural firm and then to the office of a financial planner. Along the way she saw the correlation of using her teaching skills to empower adults with technology being used in the workplace. With the gusto Lesley puts into all of her pursuits, she herself began to master her computer skills. She feels that starting out at beginner level herself allows her to better understand the frustration users with limited knowledge feel and conducts her training classes with this sensitivity in mind. Her motto is: "If I can achieve it, so can you!"
In addition to Master Microsoft Office Specialist and Microsoft Certified Trainer, Lesley has also become an Intuit QuickBooks Pro-Advisor. And with the ever evolving technology landscape, Lesley keeps her skills current by attending Microsoft user conferences. She also belongs to several specialized user groups. Lesley enjoys living on the beautiful Seacoast which allows her to pursue her passions of skiling, golfing, running, and biking with her husband. Their Springer Spaniel keeps them both in line!
